This project entailed a new build facility in the existing facility campus. Works included the construction of a new stand-alone facility of approximately 16,700 m2 and extensive enabling works. This included challenging ground conditions, extensive piling and ground stabilisation, culverts and pedestrian bridges, steel frame, cladding, extensive ISO5/07 compounding and production areas, plant rooms, loading docks, high bay warehousing, offices and associated fit-out, cold stores and mechanical and electrical installation.
